There are many different types of protein and some are better than others.

It has a Protein Digestibility Corrected Amino Acid Score (PDCAAS) of 1.00/ 1.00 which is as good as it gets (vs 0.25/ 1.00 for wheat gluten). In addition, the extraction process is entirely natural, without the use of commonly used and potentially harmful solvents.
